Daily Rates (Minimum 2 Nights):
$100-150 CDN (Depending on the days of the week and season)

Winter Rates: October - March
$400 CDN per week (1-3 weeks)
$300 CDN per week (4 or more weeks)

Summer Rates: April - September
$450 CDN per week

We don’t have a room in a big old house in downtown Victoria…Ours is a ‘self contained’ Garden Level Suite in our new home in a quiet suburb near Mill Hill Park.

The Private Patio entrance is off your Comfy Sitting Room that has Cable TV, DVD, and Wireless Internet. You can prepare your own meals in your fully equipped modern kitchen.

The Sparkling Bathroom is all yours too. It has a lovely soaker tub with shower and plenty of counter space! The separate Bedroom has a Heavenly Sealy Queen Bed, full sized closet and a private local Phone.

The linens and towels are provided and laundered weekly when we give your suite a cleaning.

If your stay is for a Vacation, School, Work or any other reason, we are confident you will be comfortable in your surroundings.

If it is rest you are seeking you can just sit back on your patio and watch the Eagles fly over Mill Hill. If it is adventure, the location is perfect for all that Victoria and the Island have to offer.
